Capture your context.
Never start from zero.

Context Orb saves an AI conversation as an orb, then drops it into another AI as a compact file chip — so you keep project memory across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, DeepSeek, and Qwen.

Generate

One click captures the full visible chat — scrolls the thread so you don’t miss turns.

Drop

Attaches context as a file chip and sends a friendly kickoff line — not a wall of text.

Active orb

Mark one orb active and keep using it across tools until you clear it.

🔒

Private by design

No cloud, no Supabase, no tracking. Orbs live only in your browser storage.

How it works

Three steps. No account. Works as a Chrome / Edge extension.

  1. 1

    Install Context Orb

Add the extension in Chrome or Edge (or load unpacked while testing).

  2. 2

    Generate on any supported AI

Click the glowing orb → Generate to save the conversation.

  3. 3

    Drop on another AI

Orb → Drop active. You get a file chip + Adding Context of Orb: … ! Say Hi. 👀 and it sends automatically.

Interactive demo

Click through a simulated flow — no extension required on this page.

Ready — open a chat and generate an orb
We're building a romantic web app with a password gate and a 3D dance floor.
Got it. Stack: React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, Supabase. What's next?
Save this whole plan so I can continue in another AI.
Ready when you are — capture this thread and drop it anywhere.

Tip: click the glowing orb, then Generate on ChatGPT, switch tab, then Drop.

Supported AI tools

Same extension. Same orb. Different sites.

ChatGPT
Claude
Gemini
Microsoft Copilot

On Copilot, uploaded files are often blocked by Microsoft — Context Orb falls back to text context so the model can still read your project.

Private by default

  • Orbs stored only in chrome.storage.local on your device
  • No login, no analytics, no Context Orb servers
  • Uninstall the extension to remove local data from that browser profile
